TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE HIGH-QUALITY SYMPHONIC MUSIC TO CITIZENS OF READING AND BERKS COUNTY. WE ACHIEVE OUR MISSION THROUGH: CLASSICAL SYMPHONY CONCERTS, POPS CONCERTS, CONCERTS FOR STUDENTS, YOUTH ORCHESTRAS AND EDUCATIONAL AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS.
