THE REEDSBURG EDUCATION FOUNDATION'S PURPOSE SHALL BE TO SOLICIT, HOLD, MANAGE, INVEST AND EXPEND ENDOWMENT FUNDS AND OTHER GIFTS, GRANTS AND BEQUESTS, WHETHER CONSISTING OF REAL OR PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND WHETHER SUBJECT TO DIRECTIONS OR CONDITIONS IMPOSED BY DONORS, EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE ENHANCEMENT AND ENRICHMENT OF THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF TEACHERS AND STUDENTS OF REEDSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT AND TO PROVIDE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR EXEMPLARY OR INNOVATIVE PROJECTS FOR THE PURPOSES PERMITTED HEREIN OR PHYSICAL IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PREMISE OCCUPIED BY THE REEDSBURG SCHOOL DISTRICT; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT NO FUNDS MAY BE USED TO SEPPLEMENT NORMAL SCHOOL BUDGETS FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS.
