THE MISSION OF REFUGE SERVICES INC IS TO ENHANCE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SPIRITUAL FUNCTIONING OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND GROUPS. THIS IS ACHIEVED BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES TO DEVELOP SKILLS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS, OVERCOMING OBSTACLES, AND REACHING INDIVIDUAL AS WELL AS GROUP GOALS.
