THE REGIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF SW PA WAS ESTABLISHED TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA THROUGH THE CONDUCT OF A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING THE OPERATION OF A REVOLVING LOAN FUND.
