THE MISSION OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT LENDING CAPABILITY FOR BUSINESSES IN CHEMUNG, SCHUYLER AND STEUBEN COUNTIES, WHICH FULLY RESPONDS TO THE NEEDS OF THE REGION AND THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CORPORATION.
