Our mission is to educate, train, and place current and/or prospective workers in residential construction trades, with a focus on adults, minority populations, and youth learning experiences. We also provide pathways to entrepreneurship, mentorship, and coaching for all, aiming to offer comprehensive support and opportunities, fostering a skilled and diverse workforce ready to meet the demands of the industry.
