Mission

REAP educates low-income utility customers about efficient usage and conservation measures. REAP further promotes and makes available to low-income customers payment programs, as well monetary aid in paying their utility bills. Qualifying residents may receive up to $400 in utility bills assistance for the year. In addition, qualifying customers can receive a one-time credit up to $300.00. Also,the First Responders Burn program provides eligible customers with a credit applicable towards the electric portion of their CPS Energy bill up to $94 per month from April through October of each year.
