Mission
Outreach services to homeless, disadvantaged and at-risk individuals and youth, including a food bank, GED training, ESL teaching, after-school tutoring and group youth mentoring programs. ROP provides direct services to address hunger, homelessness, lack of education, underemployment, language barriers, addictions, and hopelessness.
