WE HELP INDIVIDUALS OVERCOME THE EFFECTS OF TRAUMA, ADDICTION, ABUSE, GRIEF AND OTHER LIFE-ALTERING CHALLENGES THROUGH INTENSIVE TEACHING, GROUP WORK AND PRACTICAL TOOLS. THE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO EMPOWER PARTICIPANTS TO MAKE LASTING PERSONAL CHANGES, RESTORE HEALTHY THINKING PATTERNS AND IMPROVE OVERALL WELL BEING TO PROMOTE TRANSFORMATION.
