THE ORGANIZATION WILL PROVIDE AFTER-SCHOOL COUNSELING SERVICES AND WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE JUVENILE TREATMENT COURT FOR LUCAS COUNTY, OHIO TO ASSIST AT-RISK STUDENTS IN THE CITY OF TOLEDO.
