THE TRUSTS PURPOSE IS THE INVESTMENT OF ASSETS TO GENERATE INCOME. THE TRUST DOCUMENT STATES THAT THE NET ANNUAL INCOME FROM THE TRUST IS PAID TO THE UNIVERSITY OF FLORIDA FOR THE FUNDING OF THE RICHARD FAY WANER SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
