THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH CREATIVE ACTIVITIES AND PROGRAMMING THAT WILL ENGAGE YOUNG PEOPLE IN DEVELOPING A SENSE OF HONOR IN THEMSELVES, TOLERANCE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION WITH THEIR PEERS AND OWNERSHIP IN THEIR COMMUNITY.
