TO PROVIDE AT RISK YOUTHS, SIXTEEN TO TWENTY YEARS OF AGE, WHO HAVE DROPPED OUT OF SCHOOL OR ARE NEAR DROPPING OUT OF SCHOOL WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO EARN A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA WHILE ACHIEVING COLLEGE SUCCESS STUDENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY ACCUMULATE HIGH SCHOOL AND COLLEGE CREDIT EARNING THEIR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA WHILE PROGRESSING TOWARD AN ASSOCIATE DEGREE CERTIFICATE OR COLLEGE TRANSFER PROGRAM.
