Mission

The Annapolis Striders aims to improve the physical fitness and mental well-being of its members through the promotion and encouragement of long-distance running. To achieve its mission, the club organizes events such as road and track races, time trials, fun runs, and social runs; sponsors physical fitness-related lectures and demonstrations; publicizes the benefits of running and jogging; publishes books, magazines, and newsletters; hosts social events; and makes awards, among other activities.
