PROVIDE INDOOR SWIMMING PROGRAMS THAT TEACH CHILDREN TO SWIM THROUGH SCHOOL AND AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES, AND TO PROVIDE THEM WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO SWIM COMPETITIVELY IN THE ROANOKE VALLEY OF VIRGINIA.
