TO BECOME THE PREMIER AND PREEMINENT REGIONAL FAIR IN THE COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA. TO SERVE AS THE STATE AGRICULTURAL EXHIBITION AND EVENTS CENTER, AND BE SEEN AS A LEADER IN THE PRESENTATION AND PROMOTION OF FARM LIFE AND FOOD PRODUCTIONS. THE FACILITIES WILL SERVE TO PRESENT A REGIONAL, YEAR ROUND VENUE AND BECOME A DESTINATION FOR ENTERTAINMENT, EXHIBITION, EDUCATION AND THE ARTS.
