THE PURPOSE OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAIN DISTRICT IS TO GOVERN AND PROMOTE AMATEUR ICE HOCKEY WITHIN THE AFFILIATES OF THE DISTRICT INCLUDING ARIZONA, COLORADO, IDAHO, NEW MEXICO, TEXAS, OKLAHOMA AND UTAH. TO ORGANIZE AND UNITE THE EFFORTS OF ALL AMATEUR USA HOCKEY REGISTERED ORGANIZATIONS WITHIN THE IDENTIFIED STATES.
