1. TO SUPPORT AND PROMOTE VOLLEYBALL PROGRAMS THAT PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR COMPETITIVE YOUTH DEVELOPMENT; 2. TO TEACH THE GAME OF VOLLEYBALL IN A FUN AND ENERGETIC ENVIRONMENT, THAT ENCOURAGES LIFE LESSONS SUCH AS TEAMWORK, LEADERSHIP, AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE; 3. TO PROVIDE QUALITY INSTRUCTIONAL COACHING; 4. TO PROVE ADEQUATE VOLLEYBALL FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT; 5. TO INCREASE PARENT AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN YOUTH ACTIVITIES.
