THE PROJECT PROVIDES HOUSING TO LOW-INCOME INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THIS QUALIFIES THE PROPERTY TO RECEIVE SECTION 8 BENEFITS IN ACCORDANCE WITH REGULATIONS OF THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD).
