TO DO THIS, WE WORK WITH THE COMMUNITY, AREA SHELTERS AND LOCAL RESCUE GROUPS BY DEVELOPING A NETWORK OF SUPPORTERS AND VOLUNTEERS TO CREATE A BETTER WORLD FOR HOMELESS ANIMALS.
