THE ORGANIZATIONS TARGET AREA SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO, PERSONS RESIDING IN AND AROUND THE GREATER CHAPMANVILLE AREA AND ITS CONTIGUOUS AREAS IN THE STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA.
