Mission

Founded in 1926, the Russian Children's Welfare Society (RCWS) continues to support orphanages, pediatric hospitals, schools and rehabilitation centers in Russia. The Society also helps achieving orphans continue their education by providing college scholarships. RCWS is expanding educational programs in the US, supporting Russian language and culture schools.
