RVA SPORTS FOUNDATION HAS A DUAL PURPOSE TO REHABILITATE AND REFURBISH AN AGING, STADIUM IN THE HEART OF RICHMOND, VIRGINIA (RVA) WHILE ALSO SERVING THE SPECIAL NEEDS SOCCER COMMUNITY BY RUNNING THE RVACCESS PROGRAM WHICH SERVES KIDS FROM AGES 5- 19.
