THE M1SS1ON OF THE SAINT PAUL DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT IS TO CREATE AND MAINTAIN A VIBRANT, AND ECONOMICALLY SUCCESSFUL DOWNTOWN THROUGH SAFE, CLEAN, AND VITALITY PROGRAMS. THE SAINT PAUL DOWNTOWN IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT WILL SEEK TO ACCOMPLISH THE FOLLOWING: IMPROVE SAFETY OUTCOMES AND PERCEPTIONS IN DOWNTOWN SAINT PAUL, IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE, CLEANLINESS, AND MAINTENANCE IN DOWNTOWN SAINT PAUL, AND ACTIVATE PUBLIC SPACE AND VITALITY
