WE BELIEVE THAT ALL PERSONS HAVE THE CAPACITY TO SUCCEED. - NO EXCEPTIONS PT III, LINE 3: GRAFFITI REMOVAL SERVICE--OWING TO THE LACK OF GRAFFITI TO BE REMOVED FROM WALLS AND BUILDINGS WE DISCONTINUED THIS PUBLIC SERVICE. PT VI, LINE 11B: THE ORGANIZATION'S PROCESS TO REVIEW FORM 990 THE FORM 990 IS REVIEWED ANNUALLY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AT ONE OF ITS REFULARLY SCHEDULED BOARD MEETING. AFTER REVIEW AND DISCUSSION THE BOARD APPROVES DOCUMENT, THEN IT IS SIGNED BY THE PRESIDENT. THE RETURN IS THEN SUBMITTED TO THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE.
