MISSION IS TO REPRESENT ITS MEMBERS IN THEIR EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS WITH THE COUNTY, TO ENDEAVOR TO OBTAIN IMPROVED COMPENSATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS FOR ITS MEMBERS, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE GENERAL WELFARE OF ITS MEMBERS.
