THE SANTA ROSA CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FOUNDATION ESTABLISHED THE SANTA ROSA CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL ENDOWMENT FUND. THE FUND IS USED TO SUPPORT THE ESTABLISHMENT, MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF THE SANTA ROSA CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL, NOW LICENSED AS THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF SAN ANTONIO AND THE SANTA ROSA CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL FOUNDATION (DBA THE CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL OF SAN ANTONIO FOUNDATION).
