STAR WILL WORK DIRECTLY WITH AND THROUGH PARTNERS TO ENCOURAGE FARMERS, RANCHERS, PRODUCERS, AND LANDOWNERS TO ADOPT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES SHOWN TO PROTECT NATURAL RESOURCES THROUGH EDUCATION, NETWORKING, CONSULTING, AND COORDINATION OF TECHNICAL RESOURCES.
