SOWMA WAS FORMED IN APRIL 2004 AND CHARTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS. SOWMA IS COMMITTED TO DEVELOP AND SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ONE-ON-ONE TUTORING FOR HOMELESS YOUTH AND TO PROVIDE SCHOOL SUPPLIES TO HOUMELESS CHILDREN
