THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF SCHUYLKILL COMMUNITY ACTION IS TO COORDINATE AND FOCUS ALL AVAILABLE RESOURCES UPON THE NEEDS OF LOW-INCOME SCHUYLKILL COUNTY RESIDENTS, ENABLING THEM TO OBTAIN SAFE, DECENT AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND SECURE THE OPPORTUNITIES NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY.
