THE ORGANIZATION'S AIM IS TO INTRODUCE THE LEADING SCIENTISTS IN BIOLOGY, HOW THEY THINK ABOUT SCIENTIFIC QUESTIONS AND CONDUCT THEIR RESEARCH, AND MAKE KNOWN THEIR PERSONALITIES, OPINIONS, AND PERSPECTIVES. THE ORGANIZATION IS INNOVATING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF GRADUATE STUDENTS AND POSTDOCS THROUGH A SERIES OF COURSES THAT ADDRESS EXPERIMENTAL PLANNING, DESIGN, AND COMMUNICATION.
