(1) ENGAGE IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SERVICES TO INDIVIDUAL SCIENTISTS AND STARTUP SCIENTIFIC BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS IN THE LOWER DELAWARE VALLEY, PRIMARILY IN NEW CASTLE COUNTY, DELAWARE.(2) PROVIDE EDUCATION AND OPPORTUNITIES TO ENCOURAGE STUDENTS TO EXPLORE AND PURSUE A CAREER IN A SCIENTIFIC FIELD.
