THE FUND IS A MUTLIEMPLOYER PLAN ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE HEALTH AND WELFARE BENEFITS TO ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS UNDER THE TERMS OF VARIOUS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE EMPLOYERS AND SEIU HEALTHCARE PA HEALTH AND WELFARE FUND.
