TO PROVIDE A FULL RANGE OF SERVICES TO FLORENCE COUNTY'S SENIOR CITIZENS. THE PURPOSE OF THESE SERVICES IS TO PROMOTE THE PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND SOCIAL WELL-BEING OF SENIOR CITIZENS, TO ENHANCE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE, AND TO ASSIST SENIORS IN REMAINING INDEPENDENT.
