Mission
As the inheritors and ambassadors of Shaolin Kung Fu and Chinese culture we provide traditional Shaolin Fist Forms Shaolin Weapons Qigong Sparring and Wellness classes for all ages. Learning Shaolin Kung Fu helps us attain a state of peace of mind and a healthy body. It aids in relaxation of the mind replenishing physical strength and energy. Moreover it enhances our attitude towards others and fosters a positive outlook on life in general.
