THE EXCHANGE PROGRAM SEEKS TO PROVIDE COMMUNITY DONATED BASIC HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO COMMUNITY MEMBERS IN NEED, WHILE THE FRANCIS HOMES PROGRAM SEEKS TO PROVIDE STABLE HOUSING FOR HOUSEHOLDS AT THE RISK OF ENTERING INTO A LITERALLY HOMELESS SITUATION.
