THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PARTNER WITH URBAN PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICTS IN TEXAS TO CREATE AND MANAGE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOLS THAT PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY TEACHER AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS ALONG WITH A RESEARCHED BASED CURRICULUM, A PROVEN INSTRUCTION MODEL AND THOUGHTFUL SCHOOL OPERATIONS TO CREATE JOYFUL SCHOOLS THAT PREPARE ALL STUDENTS TO ENTER, SUCCEED IN AND GRADUATE FROM COLLEGE.
