THE ORGANIZATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY WELFARE, EDUCATIONAL, ATHLETIC AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES. THE INTENTION IS TO BOOST AND CREATE INTEREST IN ATHLETIC AND RELATED ACTIVITIES IN THE SMITHSBURG AREA AND TO PROMOTE FELLOWSHIP AMONG ALUMNI, FRIENDS, AND SUPPORTERS OF SMITHSBURG HIGH SCHOOL.
