TO UNITE THE CONFERENCES LOCATED IN THE ARCHDIOCESE OF MOBILE BY PROVIDING HELP, ACTING AS A LIASON WITH REGIONAL AND NATIONAL COUNCILS, ASSISTING WITH ADHERENCE AND FAITHFULNESS TO THE RULE, AND ENSURING THAT SPECIAL WORKS RECEIVE ONGOING SUPPORT.
