TO RECEIVE GRANTS AND MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS TO PROVIDE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES AND TRANSITIONAL HOUSING TO YOUTH THAT ARE IN AND AGING OUT OF FOSTER CARE, AND BE A RESOURCE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM.
