Mission

Soliya empowers young adults with key competencies to constructively engage across differences in order to promote more cohesive societies. We achieve our mission through three key levers: dialogue exchanges, facilitation training, and supporting organizations seeking to create cultures of constructive engagement within their institutions. With this grant funding, we seek to strengthen our US-based programming by equipping a growing community of young adults with key leadership, communication and collaboration skills, and provide adaptable tools and resources to educators and youth-serving organizations to foster constructive engagement across different contexts.
