TODAY, THE MOST GLARING ISSUE THAT SCF IS ADDRESSING IS COVID-19 LEARNING LOSS, WHICH, IF NOT ADDRESSED, WILL HAVE A CATASTROPHIC IMPACT ON THE 21,800 SCHOOL-AGED STUDENTS OF SELA WHO WERE "ON TRACK" BEFORE COVID-19 AND NOW ARE ACADEMICALLY BEHIND. SCF'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAS PLEDGED TO "GET KIDS BACK ON TRACK" THROUGH SCF'S "HIGH-IMPACT" TUTORING PROGRAM AND PARTNERSHIPS WITH HIGH-IMPACT ORGANIZATIONS SERVING THE SELA REGION. SCF OFFERS A YEAR-ROUND, 100% FREE HIGH-IMPACT TUTORING PROGRAM TO STUDENTS IN GRADES K-12 THAT HAVE FALLEN BEHIND DUE TO COVID LEARNING LOSS OR ANY OTHER ISSUES. SCF WORKS DILIGENTLY WITH SCHOOLS AND PARENTS TO HELP STUDENTS CATCH UP ACADEMICALLY. SCF HAS A STRONG TRACK RECORD OF IMPROVING STUDENT PERFORMANCE.
