THE CLUB IS CREATED AS A PRIVATE SOCIAL ORGANIZATION, FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF CARRYING OUT SPORTING, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE ENJOYMENT OF THEIR MEMBERS, THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILIES AND THEIR GUESTS.
