THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE FOR AWARDS FOR FARM PRODUCTS. IT ALSO PROVIDES FOR AN INCENTIVE FOR DEVELOPING SKILLS IN AGRICULTURE.
