THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES OF THE SOUTHWEST VIRGINIA HIGHER EDUCATION CENTER AND THE CLEAN ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CENTER BY PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES, ENGAGING IN ALL MATTERS.
