To provide a forum in which ideas concerning common legal issues can be exchanged in a scholarly,non-adversarial environment and to provide education of the interface of Tribal, State and Federal laws. Sponsor and promote educational events devoted to issues and topics of Tribal, State and Federal laws; engage in works calculated to improve understanding and knowledge.
