SPOKANE ROTARY FOUNDATION ACCEPTS CONTRIBUTIONS AND THEN INVESTS AND MANAGES THESE CONTRIBUTIONS WHICH ARE DISTRIBUTED TO ROTARY COMMUNITY SERVICES, INC.(RCS). RCS THEN DISTRIBUTES THE MONEY THROUGH COMMITTEES TO THE HANDICAP AND YOUTH OF THE INLAND NORTHWEST.
