Mission
SPRING Community Partners, Inc.s primary purpose is to promote childrens full and active participation in the life of their school and community, regardless of means. The organization also creates and strengthens community-wide links, develops and conducts its own programming, and provides guidance, advocacy and assistance to support childrens educational, recreational and social activities in the Village of Dobbs Ferry, New York.
