IT SHALL CONTINUE TO GIVE THOUGHTFUL CONSIDERATION TO THE ACADEMIES'NEEDS. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED BY MEANS OF INVESTMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ENDOWMENT FUNDS AND OTHER RESTRICTED FUNDS THAT ARE INTENDED TO YIELD ANNUAL SUPPORT AND GROWTH OF THE MANAGED FUNDS THAT WILL EXCEED THE RATE OF INFLATION.
