The corporation is organized, and shall be operated exclusively for, promoting the common interest of artists in the greater St. Louis, Missouri region, and other purposes permitted by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) (the "Code"), and to use all lawful means to carry out its objectives. The corporation supports causes that impact the arts community in the Greater St. Louis region. To revitalize St. Louis communities through creative placemaking, integrating arts and culture to enhance the quality of life and foster vibrant, equitable neighborhoods by empowering communities through arts-driven development in collaboration with residents and neighborhoods, leveraging the power of arts and culture to: Revitalize neighborhoods, Promote social cohesion and equity, Enhance economic opportunity, Improve environmental sustainability, Improve social and environmental thru arts
