The corporation is organized, and shall be operated exclusively for, promoting the common interest of artists in the greater St. Louis, Missouri region, and other purposes permitted by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (or the corresponding provision of any future United States Internal Revenue Law) (the "Code"), and to use all lawful means to carry out its objectives. The corporation supports causes that impact the arts community in the Greater St. Louis region.
